
A chef’s kitchen tops the list of many remodeler’s and home shopper’s list, but I was fascinated to learn I was among some mover’s and shakers when it came to the real thing: a genuine chef’s kitchen! It was enough to make this homespun gourmet and baker blush.

The Contract and Design team at Boelter works closely with the owners to define a one of a kind design solution. Once the preliminary criteria are established, the vision for the design quickly takes shape. The design goes to the drawing board, where CAD specialists lay out every detail in ¼” scale. Equipment specifications are documented, plans are submitted to regulatory agencies, and your final cost estimates are developed. Everything, down to electrical and pluming needs are carefully incorporated into the design. The result is a first class commercial kitchen that is customized to the needs of the chef and the clients they serve.
